@N.E. Body If you take the top left and bottom left, it is bedding wells, which is a spoonerism of wedding bells. Same for the middle top and bottom and right top and bottom.

@Lynn FWIW, I didn’t get “sorta” as IN ONE SENSE either, but upon thinking about my daily use of the word (which I probably use more than I should…), that is actually how I use it most.

@Jane Wheelaghan - FWIW, it’s a DO NOT call list. It is (or really more accurately was) a list in the USthat you could put your phone number on, and telemarketers couldn’t call you. It only works with scrupulous telemarketers and on landlines, so it is useless now…

@Gig I like the musical a lot more than I like the book. I haven’t seen the movie, but there are a lot of really fun songs for folks who like musicals. Also, the focus of the musical feels significantly different than the book, which always felt… blundering.
