That was probably the worst Tuesday puzzle I have in recent mind. Even as I’m going through the archives trying to improve my solves. Obscure all around.

I fully enjoyed today’s puzzle, and loved the rebus usage.

Really enjoyed the rebus work in this one, and the fill was satisfying with very little (if any?) crosswordese. Hats off to Daniel. Well done.

I liked the theme a lot. It was quite fun once I caught on. However the fun was lost when I ended at the cross for SASSON / SAMLET. Those are two new additions to this solvers list.

Bravo! I thoroughly enjoyed this puzzle, and the puzzle within. I got the first three key letters but didn’t figure out the fourth from the grid. After successfully guessing it, I later figured it out. And laughed!
