There was a very brief moment when I thought a FREEWIFE was offered by hotels and libraries.
@liz *your* mother's (mom) daughter's (sister) daughter (niece)
@Barry Ancona if a tubal ligation would be a good clue for vasectomy... Or if testicular cancer was a good clue for ovarian cancer...
STOPUP... Hmmm I didn't know the currency of Laos and was slow to get the R-V connecter. Everything else was well done imo.
@Harriet Mon-Wed, FrI, Sat... Almost never have rebus. Occasional thurs and rarely on Sundays. Im on team rebus. I think they add a lot of additional creativity and skill. Though.... I'm an app user so if doing on paper, I could understand frustration
Seems there have been a lot of Jewish based clues (more than usual). I get it gives some unique "words" that a creator can utilize but it's unfortunate that instead of going the Spanish hora option, they doubled up on the Jewish culture/religion in this puzzle.
May be picky... But unhappy with the editors on Poaching "Our" Employees when the clue has "I" instead of "We"
@Stephen W while I agree both are words and in that way narKed is acceptable.... Imo the clue associated with the answer can really only fit narCed.
@Kyle idk. Easy puzzle so didn't mind. Had I been struggling... I likely would have been upset with the clue. I think most likely do laundry on weekends but likely a household by household? If this was family feud, I feel like Monday would have been on the board for 8.
OHO was discernible but questionable. I was not aware of Muni (like others trying to figure out how Nene and bart would work together). But the UHUH was equally questionable. Ultimately, my biggest challenge was figuring out the rebus entry to get the puzzle to recognize a correct answer down up, up down, down/up, up/down..... Just updown I guess.
