The name of the city in Italy in English is Turin, not Torino. It's OK to use the native name for a city when you give the clue in the local language, for example. Otherwise, the clue doesn't match the answer.

Thanks for the great puzzle! (As an Irishman, today I've learnt that you Americans call a "setter" a "constructor".) I still don't get why a gossiper is a supplier of tea, despite drinking some while solving this... Apart from the contextual link of gossiping over tea!
