@A This older (65) solver managed to get by through absorbing cultural chatter over the years. It’s pretty hard to ignore.
While the puzzle was way to easy, it did have my favorite answer of all time with, OLIVE, the other reindeer. Just brilliant.
@Steve L I’m in this camp as well. A bit of a slog with a good bit of flyspecking to find that one letter I filled in wrong. Not nearly as interesting as a good Friday or Saturday.
Well below average time, yet felt difficult the whole way. A proper Saturday test.
People are not going to be happy. But I loved it.
Easy, breezy. I have no idea what the themed clues were about, everything filled in quickly without having to figure it out.
@Jordan Like any skill in life, you start off clumsily and over time develop your ability to pull it off. Accept the process and the struggle. With persistence, you’ll pick it up.
I’m only disappointed that there wasn’t animation at the end.
