For those of us that solve on a mobile device, can we get another color added (maybe green) for puzzles we solve without lookups or hints but missed the 2-day cutoff? I do all the puzzles in order, but it seems odd that not being able to keep up daily is treated the same as revealing clues when it comes to the color pattern (blue). I'm okay with giving up the gold star, but I'd like to differentiate between puzzles I completed on my own vs puzzles I needed help with.
@Min More specifically, things found in nature that are also used as people's names.
@DocP: I'd have to email them 2 or 3 times a week and it's just not that important to me, but thanks for the suggestion nonetheless. @Derek: I don't disagree at all that there's no shame in seeking help. But I enjoy a personal moment of pride when I manage to complete puzzles with no lookups or assistance. It'd just be nice to see that. Because I can't commit time daily to doing the crossword, a "green streak" would be more valuable to me than a "gold streak". But that might just be me.
