@Laura V ohhh. I had no idea. That makes a lot of sense. I did know the Sunday puzzle is a behemoth of a challenge but didn't realize other days were gradually harder. Just between us, I only solve them while at work lol and that coincides with the Monday through Friday attempts, although I may be extra busy on Thursdays since I don't recall ever being bogged down by a Thursday puzzle before.
As a millennial who's trying out crossword puzzles (love the minis and midis), this has to be the hardest most obscure one yet. Got probably 5 clues answers lol. Are you supposed to read the crossword article first and then solve the puzzle? Maybe crosswords aren't for me after all.
