I will never understand the users who write in on a Thursday about how they hate rebuses and other deviations from crossword conventions. I’m begging you - just don’t do the Thursday puzzle. If the menu says anchovies galore, please don’t complain about how fishy your slice turns out to be. For the record, I thought this was one of the more clever and enjoyable Thursdays in a while, and after the “aha” moment the solve was straightforward. A little slower than my average, but worth it for the reveal. Thanks for a great puzzle!
