How cool that the circled letters spell 'REBUSES'.
I enjoyed this puzzle a lot ... BUT ... nobody in Australia says G'DAY MATES. Despite our reputation for shortening anything we possibly can, we would say G'DAY MATE individually to each person.
@Edward Rice Isn't Mass short for Massachussetts?
@B We'd maybe say G'Day (by itself) or G'Day fellas, but we just don't pluralise MATE like that. If the wife asks what I'm doing, I might say 'Going to the pub to see my MATES' but I don't call them that when I see them.
