@SBK using lame as a synonym for "bad" is absolutely denigrating.

@Hitch, nothing to beat yourself up for - I live in Minneapolis and go to Duluth frequently, since my partner and I both have family there. Even so, I had it wrong at first. 😂

@B_on_keys same, and I filled that clue pretty early knowing that I had a 50/50 shot at getting it right. Well, I was wrong, and it took me way too long to figure out why.

@Allison Yeah that really caught me by surprise too. A disappointing inclusion in an otherwise great puzzle.

@Steve L I'm a little too young (41) to have watched either, but I was able to infer from filling in the STUF part. For "who shot..." I knew the JR part but not the EWING.

@Weak My best Monday time on my phone is 3:35, which I've actually achieved twice. This one I did in 4:29 - I didn't record my other personal bests but I did this one.

@Rich in Atlanta I found an old printed Maleska in, of all things, a crossword board game from the 70s/80s. It was incredibly difficult, both in construction and not knowing a lot of cultural context. I'll take an actual crack at it some day.

@Eli Edwards I also got my new Tuesday PB with 3:56. I remember trying for quite a long time to get a sub-4 Monday and this was a fun puzzle to break my Tuesday with!
