@Eli As a marine mammal scientist and orca enthusiast, I absolutely agree with you. Even if they dive a little deeper to pursue prey, it’s not where they are hunting for prey. Sperm whales, on the other hand, are deep-sea predators, diving up to 2 miles deep to hunt for prey. Orcas don’t even come close to anything like that. “Apex ocean predator” would have been a much better clue.
