Sad to see Mama Cass in another puzzle when she hated this nickname and unfortunately it remains the way she’s known 50 years after her death. Cass Elliot was so quick witted and talented and we lost her way too early.
Any other night owls and late risers here??
@Marshall Walthew I love this story! I lived in Chester County and we’d often take regional rail to Ardmore for dinner rather than go all the way into the city. Beautiful place to live and eat!
@Ιασων Ditch day took me forever! We called it senior skip day (alliteration ftw). Of course I never partook 😇
Tickled for the Taylor clue and a deep cut as well! Currently in my eras tour pjs waiting for midnight! And finished the puzzle in just over 13 minutes. If you know, you know. 🫶🫶🫶
Am I alone in always being curious about Park and ReC’s Mear Tornado? Who else would try it?
Cute Thursday! Farewell my beloved ERAS tour! I had the time of my life with you!!
Great fun!! Favorite clues were for 26A and 40A
I thought this was fun—good mix of clever clues and really tricky trivia that I relied on crosses for. Had “oniongrove” in for way too long but I’ll blame it on it being 1 am now.
@sotto voce I was doing an old puzzle today, you know to pass the time, and ARHAT was an answer so it was fresh in my mind. I could confidently put it in when I might need crossings. That was a big help as the NW was my weakest quadrant today.
Had SPITBALL my first go round, confidentially I might add!
