'NO IT ON' 'THERE'S NO TWO WAYS ABOUT IT' ?????? Felt more like a Wednesday or Thursday
More of a Wednesday, than a Tuesday. Difficulty-wise.
Too many obscure answers in the same general area makes it very difficult.
When did Monday become Wednesday?
That was a Thursday.
More Tuesday-ish than Monday, IMHO
I'll say it for the third week in a row: tough for a Monday. Definitely a trend here!
Kudos to Joe on his second NYT crossword under the age of 21! However, at age 67, I must admit I've NEVER heard anyone order VERMOUTH. I know it's in many other drinks (e.g. a Manhattan, my departed parents' fave). Vermouth Me! Wine Me! Sake Me! Quite the stretch!
Talk about obscure references: Bill and Coo!????? And can someone tell me what "STON" is?
Far more difficult than your typical Tuesday. Should have saved until tomorrow.

Second tough Tuesday in a row!! Are we creating a new trend??
What is going on with the delayed acceptance??? I know there was definitely a "brain fart" yesterday when I finished. THEN it gave me back a half empty board. When I completed it again, my time was supposedly 1:11!!!!
I don't see how the scales play any role in solving the puzzle. They are just there after you fill everything in. The notes do not even relate to the clues or answers they are part of.
Felt like a Tuesday.
Not up to Thursday standards.
