Please NYTimes, give us a Sunday puzzle that isn’t a Tuesday. A rebus, unusual patterns, something, anything that makes it more than an easy slog. There used to be puzzles to solve within the puzzle - now they are basically enlarged easy puzzles.
So easy! And that’s without the clues giving actual hints. Looking forward to a tricky Sunday puzzle some day…

@David by that logic other hurtful slurs could be used by adding “so called.” What’s odd is that it takes more advance planning to change something in print than online - so did this slip through? Or intentionally made worse after type was set? (Yeah, they don’t set type anymore- but it’s one of the arcane skills I possess. All that’s left is the metaphor).
