Brilliant, really. For such difficult restrictions (pants that have a U) the puzzle was amazingly clean and simple -- with the possible exception of "tell of," which seemed a bit awkward.

One of those puzzles where I was just in sync with the constructor. Record time for a Saturday, by a lot. I thought I might be hindered by some of the trivia, but everything came together with crosses. What a well made puzzle!

Fun and fast! Got the gimmick at 4D and the others fell immediately. Didn't take long at all.
