Loved this puzzle , Thursday is supposed to be a challenge and this one was. The theme clues were solvable once I figured out one of them. Crossing words are key and just enough head scratching to be fun.

Fun puzzle today! Enjoyed the challenge of figuring out the theme after getting all the letters in. Enough clever cluing to keep it interesting and mostly names I recognized Thanks for a good puzzle.

What a sense of accomplishment when I got the trick! My moment of revelation was in the south east corner- then I went looking for the others. Wonderful puzzle, just hard enough to make me feel smart once I understood.
