@Steve L that's a lot of words to respond to 12 words. It was weak for the fact that once you got the themr at BORN BORN, you knew you just repeated the word in the grid where 2 the same length were side by side. Yawn weak.

@Ed thanks I'll go back and look up the clue as I'm also 71 and I don't remember 56 across was.

@Barry Ancona its only been out a few hours, these stats are skewed.

@Jim am I getting better or are the puzzles too easy? I'm only at this 4 years now. Used to take 1 to 2 hours for a Friday. Average now 30 to 40 minutes. I did this in 13 minutes! That's how long it takes to fill in the squares for me. Didn't have to think at all. That might sound slow but I'm taking my sweet time.

@Steven M.so I have to now leave here and go back to puzzle to understand your comment. Unfortunately, I'm never able to remember which clues went to which numbers.

@Adam I'll have to go back out of comment section to figure out what 13D is. Maybe.

@Thad its 10:18. I'm done at 16 mins, I think that is a record too!
