Well now, wasn’t that a doozy! But fun. A smorgasbord of Thursday trickery!

In German… Ein = a Eins = one While “ein bier, bitte” and “eins bier, bitte” are both correct and will get you a single beer, ein, zwei, drei, vier, funf is never correct (a, 2,3,4,5).

Good puzzle. Fun to solve and the ‘T’ricky part solution came early. The mechanics of how to fill it in on an ipad came late however and not without guidance. Even then, had to go through a few rounds.

A fun puzzle but more importantly, a link to understanding the most important and influential Chinese artisan, businessman and restauranteur, Peng Chang-kuei. The link to his obituary sheds light on that most famous of Chinese generals, General Tso! The history of the dish and Mr. Peng made this a great puzzling day. Thanks.
