@Kirsten Do not know what the connections issue is. For the crossword- if you log off your device- you want to make sure -there is a note saying your game is paused-Ready to play? continue. If you just log off without that note on top of the puzzle- the entries will disappear. I usually have the wordplay column open at the same time as the crossword, which will then prompt the sign over the cross word if you wait a few minutes- or jus t work on a different open tab. If that 'your game is paused 'sign is present over the crosswork , you can log off or just leave the puzzle and all the answers you already entered should be there.
