Usually a rebus hater (though never enough to not do the puzzle or complain about them, just a personal tick) but this one was too fun. Thanks for the great Sunday morning!
I absolutely loved this one! So clever. Must have been a challenge to construct.
What a fun, fun puzzle!! Especially loved “AIRHEADS!”
@Nate Jones you’ll get there! Crossword solving is an art and a muscle to build. Some days are much harder than others. Most days you’ll impress yourself but other days will completely stump you! Make sure you walk away from the puzzle and come back to it later if you’re too stumped and don’t want to cross your own personal cheat line.
It’s rare that I finish a puzzle slower than my average and smile but this was so fun and the punchline was so punny that I couldn’t help it. So enjoyable! Thanks!
Oh this was fantastic. I figured out the gimmick pretty quickly but was still thrown off, especially by “250,000 sheets.” Kudos to the author!
Absolutely did not get it until after I solved it and looked at the article. So, so clever! Thanks for a great puzzle.
That was WILD. Hard, chewy, and needed a clue and an assist from a friend. Lots of words I didn’t know. Thanks for the challenge.
Two incredibly clever puzzles in a row. Very fun!
I’m sorry that so many other people aren’t liking this! I had a lot of fun. So clever! Thanks so much!
I really got got with 36A. Fantastic brain teaser and fun to look back on.
Incredibly clever! Thanks for a great puzzle!
Was painfully stuck on 48D for a while - even with 47A and 62A filled in - until I went with the Polish spelling. Great puzzle even though I got slower than my average for the first time in weeks! Thanks!
@Golfsan I’m stuck on the dictionary tag myself!
