@Bill in Yokohama At the top of the sign appears to be the words “ya chup anh” which I believe translates to “take a photo” or something similar in Vietnamese. So, I think you’re correct in your thinking that this photo was taken in SE Asia. Interesting observation to make, and you inadvertently led me to stare at a photo that I would typically just glance at…..
@Ιασων OTB = Off Track Betting, they’re physical locations so that one can place a wager on thoroughbred horse racing without actually being at any of the racetracks in NY state.
@Kyo My pleasure, if I’m able to articulate. The clue is referring to, for instance, an engineer who’s designing an ev but may have a glitch of some sort, so he breaks down the glitch while studying it, or reverse engineering it. For example maybe the battery isn’t sustaining a charge, the engineer studying the battery might begin to break it down by removing the different metals bonded together in manufacturing the battery, to find the problem, hence reverse engineering the battery by breaking it down. That’s how I understood it anyway. I hope this makes sense.
@Jerry very clever. We were definitely patient with The “Bides” but not so much with Huey, Dewey, and Louie’s Uncle “Donald”
