France
I’m still newish to crosswords, still need auto check but commenting because as a French Wines sales person located 40 miles from the village of Sauternes, the wine is SAUTERNES, not Sauterne.
@SP French here, we don’t care. Never heard the term “frog sticks” but also never met another French person who’s offended by being called “froggies”. French people are neither an ethnic group, nor an oppressed minority. They also use a lot (too much?) colorful language to be clutching pearls. :)
@Grumpy I’m 40 years old. I listen to Kid Cudi and have read Big Little Lies (after watching the immensely popular HBO adaptation). Got those right away. I didn’t know about Mukbangs nor tennis. All that to say I don’t consider myself a Bing Crosby generation but not a youngin either. Definitely part of the calculator messaging generation. You win some you lose some, it’s not always about age.
